
Adolescent and Family DBT Group
The Adolescent and Family DBT Group is a weekly virtual skills class designed for teenagers and their parents to attend together. This collaborative approach recognizes that DBT skills can greatly benefit the entire family dynamic. Participants will learn essential DBT skills, including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Walking the Middle Path. These valuable skills empower both teens and parents to better manage emotions and enhance their interpersonal and family relationships, fostering a healthier and more supportive home environment.

Young Adult DBT Group
(ages 18-35)
The Young Adult DBT Group is a dynamic weekly virtual class tailored for individuals eager to acquire a diverse range of coping skills aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and creating a fulfilling life. Over the course of approximately 24 weeks, participants will engage in learning essential DBT skills, including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
