
Adolescent and Family DBT Group
The Adolescent and Family DBT Group is a weekly virtual skills class for teenagers and their parents. Teens and parents attend together as DBT skills benefit the whole family system. Participants are taught the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Walking the Middle Path. These skills teach participants how to better manage emotions and improve interpersonal and family relationships.

Young Adult DBT Group
(ages 18-35)
The Young Adult DBT Group is a weekly virtual class designed for those eager to learn a variety of coping skills to improve emotion management, relationships, and build a life worth living. In approximately 24 weeks, participants are taught the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
